How we work... 

It is a difficult time and I think a brief description of how we work may be of some help. 

I have been a florist for nearly 20 years and have a lot of experience in understanding what clients need. Even at times when it is very hard to express how you feel or want.

You can call or email to start the process, whichever is easiest for you. 
Then we can arrange a phone, video call or I can meet you at your home or somewhere you feel is suitable for you and your family. 

We then talk through all the details and talk the ideas through. 

If you wish you can give me something personal to incorporate into the design. We have used doc marten boots and often flowers and herbs from peoples gardens. 

If requested we give you hand chosen cards to write your messages on and incorporate them into your floral design. 

I create something special and personal to you to evoke your loved ones taste. 
I use seasonal flowers and plants and made in an eco conscious way. Our  designs are biodegradable and eco conscious. 

We work closely with the funeral directors so they know to expect us and we deliver all your flowers to them. Unless otherwise stated.
